We are offering custom fit mouthguards for students under the age of 18 in their team’s colors at a cost of $10 each. These mouth guards can be made in two or even three colors. You can chose your colors from yellow, blue, orange, purple, red, green, black, white and clear.

Why would you get a cheap, ugly mouth guard at your local sports store that doesn’t even fit well when you can get a cool, fitted mouth guard that matches your team’s colors for the same price?

Have your coach call Dr. Rizkallah’s office for information to give to your team. To be eligible for this program, the whole team must participate; however, parents can make individual appointments to bring their child in.
